Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Leave to amend cause title is granted. The amendment be carried out forthwith.

The only relief claimed by the petitioner is to direct the respondents to consider the request of transfer from Jalgaon District to Saoner, Wardha or School run by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation at Nagpur.

The representations dated 24/01/2023 and 02/08/2024 made by the petitioner are pending. No decision is taken on her representations till date. She has already completed thirteen years of service at Jalgaon. KHUNTE

In view of the communication dated 11/08/2021 issued by State of Maharashtra to State Project Director, Maharashtra Primary Education Council, the petitioner is entitled to be transferred from the place where she is presently serving.

Therefore, the petition is allowed. The respondent No.3 is directed to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 24/01/2023 and 02/08/2024 within a period of three weeks.

In view of above direction, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
