Mr. A.R. Deshpande, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that after the elections of the petitioner Society were held, the new president and other office bearers of the Society have not given any instructions to him to prosecute the instant petition. He submits that he has also issued a notice for withdrawal of Vakalatnama to the president of the Society by Speed Post and despite service of the notice, no instructions are given to him to prosecute the instant petition further. He submits that a pursis for withdrawal of his Vakalatnama is being filed on record today itself. 2.

In view of this, the appearance of Advocate Mr. A.R. Deshpande, for the petitioner Society is hereby discharged. 3.

The petition was adjourned for similar reasons earlier and it thus appears that the petitioner Society is not desirous to prosecute the instant petition.

In view of this, list the petition for 'Dismissal' on 02nd April 2026.
