The Respondent No. 1 - Zilla Parishad placed on record a reply wherein in Paragraph No. 5, following statement is made:- "5.

It is submitted that as the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Honourable court challenging the seniority list dated 7th August 2024 and as the present writ petition was pending before this Hon'ble court, the Respondent has not finalized and published the seniority list."

(2) The Petitioner is also seeking limited relief of taking steps to finalize the seniority list dated 07/08/2024 and complete the procedure of promotion. The only reason in not finalizing the seniority list dated 07/08/2024 appears to be the pendency of the present Writ Petition. (3) In view thereof, we find that there is no impediment in disposing of the Writ Petition. The Petition is allowed in terms of prayer ..
