The learned counsel appearing for the respondent employer on instructions, states that the order impugned dated 13/12/2024 shall be withdrawn and the petitioner shall be reinstated post revocation of suspension on the post of Divisional Controller (Officiating) at such place where the vacancy exists.

The learned counsel would further urge that the call shall be taken by the respondent employer as to whether the temporary charge of the post of Divisional Controller needs to be withdrawn as he was given charge on temporary basis. Since the statement is coming from the learned counsel appearing for the employer, the same is accepted. As such the grievance raised in the petition Kavita
