The non-agricultural assessment which is demanded from the petitioner is the subject matter of challenge as it is claimed that Section 44A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code permits the conversion to non-agricultural use once Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) registered project is approved by the State Government.

Mr. N.S. Rao, learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos.2 to 6.
