MARCH 19, 2025 Despite directions to the petitioner to serve the respondents through all permissible modes, including service by speed post and e-mail, the petitioner has not filed affidavit of service till today. Further, the petitioner has not supplied copy of petition for issuance of notice to the respondents.
2] As such, respondent no.1 has given intimation to all the respondents of pendency of the present petition, which otherwise is to be treated as good service, the fact remains that notice, through regular mode, was not issued for want of supply of petition. 3] On previous date, respondent no.4, who is also the President of respondent no.3 - Society, was present. He is, however, absent today. In fact, none is appearing for the respondents, except the learned A.G.P. for respondent no.1.
4] The petitioner shall forthwith supply copy of petition to the Registry, who shall take steps to serve the respondents, except respondent nos. 1 and 4, through
6-WP-906-2025 usual mode, returnable in the week commencing from 21/4/2025. If copy of petition is not supplied in sufficient number, the petition shall stand dismissed as against the respondents, who have been not served through usual mode, without further reference to the Court. 5] Process accordingly.
