The petitioners have alternate remedy of filing second revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 and therefore, petitioners ought to have approached the State Government.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioners to approach the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.
