The present writ petition, which is filed on 11.09.2025, was listed for the first time before this Court on 09.02.2026. On that day, none appeared for the petitioners and hence, the matter was kept today for dismissal. 2.

Perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner No.1 appears in-person. However, for petitioner No.2, learned Advocate Mr Hitesh Khandwani has been appointed as a counsel from the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee. However, on earlier occasion and even today, neither the petitioner-in-person nor appointed counsel has appeared before this Court.

In view of the above, the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur is directed to remove appointed counsel Mr Hitesh Khandwani from the present
