The present petition was filed seeking setting aside of the order dated 27.08.2024, passed by the respondent No.1, to the extent it directs re-enquiry into the matter. Furthermore, by amending the petition, the order dated 17.04.2025 passed by respondent No.2 was also challenged.

Today, we have heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the order dated 17.04.2025 by which the appeal preferred by the petitioner herein was rejected by the Chief Executive Officer is a matter of adjudication before the respondent No.1 the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati.
916 wp 927-2025.odt 3/3 The said appeal is filed on 20.04.2025 and is registered as Appeal No. 9/2025.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the petition with direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the appeal bearing Appeal No. 9/2025 preferred by the petitioner herein, challenging the appointment of the respondent No.4 as expeditiously as possible and in any case till 30.06.2026.

The parties to appear before the respondent No.1 on 05.05.2026 and abide by its further order.

The petition is disposed of. Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
