In this writ petition, the Petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 07.01.2025 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur by which the original application filed by respondent No.4 has been allowed and the order of transfer dated 14.10.2024 by which the petitioner transferred from Akola to Amravati has been quashed. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal ought to have appreciated that respondent No.4 was shifted from one table to another table and the same did not amount to transfer and ought not to have entertained the original application filed by respondent No.4.

In view of the aforesaid submission, issue notice to the respondents.
