Shri. S. M. Ukey, learned Additional Government Pleader, waives service of notice on behalf of all respondents. 3.

The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to implement the letter dated 10.02.2021 for granting plots to the petitioners expeditiously. 4.

A perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioners have raised the aforesaid claim before respondent No.2 - Sub Divisional Officer (Rehabilitation), Civil Lines, Nagpur, by filing a representation dated 17.10.2023, which is at record page No.22 (Annexure-VI). Shri. Kshirsagar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that even after a period of almost two and a half years, the said representation is not yet decided by respondent No.2.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The decision taken thereupon shall
