Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent No.2.

It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner that, in fact, there is recovery of Rs.45,728/-, due on 04/12/2024, from the respondent No.1, along with interest accrued thereon. However, to show bonafides they are ready to deposit 50% of amount claimed by respondent No.1 in execution proceedings.

There shall be ad interim relief in terms of prayer Clause - (e), subject to payment of 50% (Rs.3,90,565/-) of amount in execution proceedings by 04/03/2025. 6.

In addition to usual mode of service, the petitioner is permitted to serve respondents by all modes available in law.
