1. Heard the respective learned counsel. By consent the petition can be disposed of finally.

2. Based on the plot allotment letter dated 26.02.1992, the petitioner is claiming that the respondents are duty bound not only to execute the lease deed but also to demarcate the same. According to him, the petitioner has already paid the premium amount and the respondents are not co-operating in the matters of execution of documents/title deeds.

As against above, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would claim that even if, it is demonstrated from the record that the petitioner has paid the amount of premium, still formalities are required to be complied with viz measurement etc.

In this backdrop, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the respondents Improvement Trust to complete the necessary formalities of not only demarcation Kavita

32-wp-998-25.odt 2/2 but all such requirements under its Land Disposal Rules as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four months from the date of passing of this order. 6.

It shall be open for the petitioner to appear before the Estate Officer of the respondent-Improvement Trust on 10.03.2025 for compliance of formalities, if any, required.
