None appears for the petitioners. Even on 09.02.2026, when the present writ petition was listed before this Court, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

However, after perusal of the prayers made in the writ petition, it appears that the petitioners have challenged the recovery certificate (RRC) dated 28.01.2025 which is on record at Page No. 36 (Annexure E).

The aforesaid challenge to the recovery certificate can be very well be raised in revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 4.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
