After arguing the matter for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of Chintels India Limited vs Bhayana Builders Private Limited, reported in (2021) 4 SCC 602.
