Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main grievance of the petitioner is that his objection under Order 21 Rule 97 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed in the execution proceeding bearing RD No.01/2020 is not decided. As such, the petition can be disposed of with direction to decide the objection filed by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the position that the objection filed by the petitioner in the execution case is pending.

In view of this, the Court of Civil Judge Junior Division at Kamptee, Dist. Nagpur, is directed to decide the objection filed by the petitioner/objector in R.D. No.01/2020 expeditiously. In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of.
