Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The only relief, the petitioners are claiming, is to direct the respondent-Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claims of the petitioners within a stipulated period. 3.

It appears that the caste claims of the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 were submitted on 11/11/2021 and 30/12/2020 respectively. As such, the petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claims of the petitioners within a stipulated period. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

The respondent No.1-Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the caste claims of the petitioners within a period of KHUNTE

The respondent No.1-Scrutiny Committee is also directed to take into consideration the two validity certificates granted to the petitioners' real brother and sister. 6.

The petitioners to appear before the respondent No.1Scrutiny Committee on 16/02/2026 at 11.00 am along with the copy of this order.

The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
