DATED : 03-03-2025 Under the husband wife unification policy the petitioner who was serving as Asst. teacher by order dated 21.3.2023 (p20) was transferred from the ZP Pre-mid school, Sangwa, Tq Daryapur, to ZP Primary School Vitthalapur Amravati (p20). The husband of the petitioner is working at Amravati which is within a radius of 30 kms from the place of transfer. However, even before the expiry of the year, the petitioner has been transferred by the impugned order dtd. 31.12.2024 (p17) from ZP Primary School Vitthalpur to ZP Primary School Parubanda Chikhaldara which is about 140 kms and in a tribal area. 2.

Issue notice to the respondent, for final disposal, returnable on 7.3.2025.

In the meantime, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 6.1.2025 made by petitioner and place copy of order on record by 7.3.2025.
