Issue pertains to the grant of approval to the appointment of new Headmaster as erstwhile Headmaster, whose services have been approved against him the criminal prosecution under the Prevention of Corruption Act is pending and the said Headmaster is facing disciplinary proceedings which are sub judice before the School Tribunal.
