It is the case of the petitioner that, after the suit for partition was decreed being Regular Civil Suit No.48 of 2005 on July 18, 2009, the precept was sent by the Executing Court to the Collector and the Collector issued communication to the respondent No.5 - Tahsildar. It appears that the said proceedings are not taken to its logical end for last more than 16 years.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 07.04.2025.
