The petitioner seeks challenge to the interim order dated 10/10/2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Nagpur below Exhibit-6 in Petition No.E-603/2022.

The aforesaid order is passed by the learned Family Court on the application filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert the present petition into Criminal Writ Petition within a period of one week.
