Ms S. S. Jachak, learned Addl.G.P. waives service of notice for respondent No.1.

Vide order impugned dated 06.02.2025, the petitioner, who was promoted to the post of Anganwadi Sevika from Anganwadi Madatnis, was reverted as she has failed to pass S.S.C. examination with Marathi language. 5.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the mark-sheet of S.S.C. so as to demonstrate that the petitioner has secured 81 marks in Regional Language - Marathi in the 10 standard whereas she has secured 71 marks in 12 standard.

As such, it is demonstrated that the petitioner has not violated the conditions of the Government Resolution dated 13.08.2014 so as to mean that the

2 33.wp.1254.25 petitioner in addition to Hindi also holds Marathi qualification.

Since, prima facie, it is demonstrated that the petitioner holds the requisite qualification, the post which was occupied by the petitioner may not be filled until further orders. However, it is open to the respondents to give the additional charge of the post which was occupied by the petitioner, if so require.
