By way of this Pursis, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition as there is a letter dated 24.04.2026, issued in favour of the petitioner by respondent No.3 assuring that the petitioner will be accommodated in the vacant post of 'Anganwadi Sevika' on the condition of withdrawal of present writ petition.
