Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. (2) The present Petition is filed by the Petitioners on apprehension that the approval granted to them as a Night School Headmaster would be cancelled, in view of the communication dated 14/02/2025 issued by the Respondent No. 3 - Education Officer (Seconary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur to the Respondent No. 2 - Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur. However, this Court, while issuing notice on 12/03/2025, made it clear that if the Respondents intend to cancel the approval granted in favour of the Petitioners, the Petitioners be put to notice. However, we are of the considered opinion that it is the communication for consideration of the Deputy Director of Education in view of the judgment passed in Writ Petition No. 3032/2017. As such, the Petition is pre-mature. (4) The Petitioners submit that they will be satisfied if directions are given to the Respondents to grant opportunity of hearing, if they intend to cancel the approval granted by the Education Officer to the appointment of the respective Petitioners as per chart Annexure-1 and approval granted to the Petitioners as Headmasters.

(5) As such, the Respondents are hereby directed to grant opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners, if they intend to cancel the approval of the Petitioners and if any adverse orders would be passed against the Petitioners, they are protected for further 15 days from the date of passing of the order by the Respondents - Authorities.
