ORAL ORDER .

Heard Mr. S. G. Jagtap, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. T. S. Kene, learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 4 and Ms. P. C. Bawankule, learned AGP for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

The challenge is to the orders dated 5/2/2025 and 4/10/2024 passed by the Respondent Nos.2 and 3, which in fact is the subject matter of Revision before the Respondent No.1.

In my view, the instant Petition ought not to have been filed. 4.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent No.1 may be directed to expeditiously decide the application seeking stay to the aforesaid orders.

To my mind, such request should be made before the Respondent No.1 and if the request is so made, and even otherwise the application is of such a nature, which requires prompt consideration, and should be decided immediately. The Petitioner may approach the Respondent No.1 accordingly, who shall take up the application seeking stay, as expeditiously as possible. 6.
