The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has filed an application for striking off the petitioner's defence, which is listed before the trial Court on 23/7/2025. He, accordingly, makes a request to grant interim relief.

2] To my mind, for the time being, the purpose will be served if the trial Court is directed to consider favourably the request made by the petitioner to adjourn the matter. The petitioner shall serve the respondent through the Counsel appearing before the trial Court and file affidavit of service.
