The only relief sought in the present petition is the quashing of the order passed by Respondent No. 2, i.e., the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur. It is evident from the record that the said order has already been set aside by the Grievance Committee, which has further directed that approval be granted. However, it is the contention of the petitioner that despite such a direction, the proposal has not been granted. This inaction has constrained the petitioner to approach this Court seeking appropriate relief.

Learned AGP seeks time to file affidavit in reply. Time is granted by way of last chance. Affidavit in reply be filed on or before 04-05-2026 with advance copy to the other side. 3.

During which time, the learned Counsel for the petitioners is free to file rejoinder, if any, to the said reply. 4.
