Leave to add Grampanchayats as party respondents as respondent Nos.8 onwards. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 3.

The case of the petitioner is that pursuant to the work orders he has started execution of the work with respondents-Grampanchayats and though there is mandate under the Government Resolution dated 5.12.2011 that advance amount should be paid still the said amount is not paid to the petitioner by the concerned Grampanchayats.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 21.3.2025.
