Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

From the prayers made in this petition, we are unable to gather what reliefs the petitioner has exactly sought from this Court. It is orally submitted that the work allotted to the petitioner under administrative sanction dated 14.02.2024 has been completed upto 50% by petitioner, however no payment was made. 3.

The representation made by the petitioner before filing this writ petition does not disclose details about the works allotted to the petitioner, details of bills submitted by him towards completion of works, etc.

In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that the petition should be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority raising grievance by filing detailed representation along with the documents in support of the claim of the petitioner.

If such representation is made within four weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the Resp. no.1 within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as referred to above. No order as to costs.
