The petitioners by way of prayer clause (ii) have prayed for direction of this Court to the respondent No.2-Collector, Yavatmal to decide the representation dated 28/02/2019 made by the petitioners which is at record page 13, Annexure-A. 3.

By virtue of the aforesaid representation, the petitioners have applied for grant of permanent patta of agricultural land bearing Gat No.121(Class C) of mouza Lakh (Khind) area admesuring 2 HR each in favour of the petitioners. 4.

Shri Gokhale, learned counsel submits that though such application/representation was submitted to the respondent No.2Collector, Yavatmal on 28/02/2019, till date it has not been decided.

In view of above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2-Collector, Yavatmal to decide the representation dated 28/02/2019 submitted by the petitioners within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of the Court on its own merits and in accordance with law. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
