The petitioner has approached this Court with an innocuous prayer of seeking direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2025, which is on record, at page 114 (Annexure P-10) within a stipulated period.

Since the aforesaid innocuous prayer is made by the petitioner, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of order of this Court.

The petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of this order before the respondent No.2 within a period of one week from today.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated by respondent No.2 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
