The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to petitioner no.1 to apply to the respondents for appointment on compassionate ground on account of death of her husband as per the policy.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

If such an application is made by petitioner no.1, the respondents may consider the same in accordance with the policy and as per the provisions of law.
