The petitioner is claiming to be belonging to Mana Scheduled Tribe and as such, the claim was submitted for issuance of validity on 20.5.2024.

Our attention is invited to the issue of grant of validity certificate in favour of petitioner's sister Ku. Komal Gajbhe in compliance with the orders of this Court dated 10.9.2024 delivered in Writ Petition No.5044/2024.

As such, it is claimed that the Committee be directed to decide the claim of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, we direct the petitioner to appear before the Committee on 21.4.2025. 5.
