The petitioner, who had approached this Court seeking direction to the respondent to correct the petitioner's Adhaar record regarding the date of birth, has made a submission on earlier occasion that the petitioner has applied afresh for such correction of date of birth.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid application is under consideration. 4.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to approach this Court as and when such occasion arises. Permission is granted. 5.
