Subject to deposit of Rs.25,000/- with the office of the Tahsildar, Ralegaon within a period of two days from today, the auction of the vehicle of the petitioner is ordered to be stayed until further orders.

We expect the response of the respondent - Tahsildar on the issue of penalty to be saddled @ 10% of the amount of fine, to be contributed to the District Mining Fund and charging 2% TDS on the total amount.
