Subject to deposit of Rs.25,000/-(Rs.Twenty Five thousand) with the office of the Tahsildar, Ralegon, within a period of two days from today, the auction of the vehicles of the petitioner is ordered to be stayed until further orders.

We expect the response of the respondent Tahsildar on the issue of penalty to saddle 10% of the amount of fine to be contributed to the District Mining Fund and charging 2% TDS on the total amount.
