The disqualification by the petitioner is sought of the voter from the Village Panchayat constituency in the APMC on the ground that the term of the Village Panchayat is over.

As such a disqualification is incurred based on the language employed in Section 15 of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing Act, 1963 ("Act of 1963" for short) particularly, when the person was elected and not nominated pursuant to the second proviso of the Act of 1963.

Mr. Tathed, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time of two weeks to prepare and address the Court.
