Heard the matter for some time, after going through the matter which is regarding compassionate appointment, we find that it would be better to direct the learned counsel for the respondent to place the entire record of the fact-finding exercise which was done in terms of clause (5)(e) of the Government Resolution dated 21.09.2017. Placing of such report or findings would be necessary to adjudicate the matter further.

Learned counsel for the respondent shall place the said fact finding report on record till 08.04.2026. 3.
