Learned counsel for the petitioner is pressing for interim relief considering that the issue has been decided by the Madras High Court and Kolkatta High Court.

We are not inclined to grant interim relief inasmuch as till date, such relief has been not granted by the Court and secondly, we have granted time to the respondent to file reply, in view of the fact that the petition itself has been amended recently. The interim relief is accordingly rejected.
