Since the revision of the petitioner is pending for a considerable period with the State Government, we deem it appropriate to allow the petition in terms of prayer Clause (i), which reads thus:

"(i) Direct the respondent no.1 learned Minister of Cooperation, Cooperative Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai to decide the revision dated 16.04.2024 and 29.07.2024 vide Annex. D, be expeditiously." 3.

We direct the State Government to decide the revision of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of twelve weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner is permitted to appear before the State Government on 21st April, 2025.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
