After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, however, by pointing out the conduct of the respondents in keeping the matter pending, she prays for a direction for expeditious disposal of the application bearing Misc. Judicial Case No.115/2023.

Having regard to the controversy involved and submissions advanced, Misc. Judicial Case No.115/2023 is directed to be expeditiously decided.
