We have heard Mr. Vishal Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in support of the challenge to the order dated February 13, 2025 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Bench at Nagpur.

The fact remains that the petitioner is going to superannuate on June 30, 2025.

We have gone through the record and shown certain indulgence to observe that the decision in compliance with the order of the Tribunal directing to decide the representation was not in tune with what has been directed. However, through an affidavit tendered during the course of hearing duly sworn by the Director General, Geological Survey of India, Government of India, it is informed that the representation of the petitioner dated March 27, 2024 was based on the violation of Clause 4.4 of the Transfer Policy and though the decision taken by the speaking order dated April 24, 2024 was endorsed to the Government of India, the Government of India has not raised any objection to the said views.

In view of aforesaid, we refrain ourselves from causing interference in the extraordinary jurisdiction. 5.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
