By this petition, the petitioners have challenged order dated 21-11-2024 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner-II, Nagpur, by which stay is granted to order dated 07-08-2024 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner in Change Report No.718/2024, till final disposal of the said appeal i.e Appeal No.34/2024. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that by this order notices are issued and on the first day the change report is stayed till final disposal of the said appeal. It is thus submitted that the stay order which is to operate till final disposal of the appeal is passed without issuance of any notice to the petitioners who are the respondents in the appeal.

Thus, it is clear that the impugned order granting stay till final disposal of the appeal is passed without any notice and opportunity of hearing to the respondents therein. Hence, it is necessary in the interest of justice to grant an opportunity to the petitioners to advance submissions on the stay application. In view of this, the petitioners are permitted to submit an appropriate application for vacation of the interim stay granted on 21-11-2024. The Joint Charity Commissioner-II, Nagpur
