Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties and having gone through the record, more particularly the submission made by the petitioner, in our view, the petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no.7 - Assistant Director, Other Backward Bahujan Kalyan, Akola to include the name of the petitioner in the list maintained by him in respect of the candidates to be appointed on compassionate ground. Respondent no. 7 is also directed that as and when the petitioner becomes due for appointment as per sequence in the wait list, he be considered for the same looking to his educational qualification and other compliances. 2.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
