Ms D. V. Sapkal, A.G.P. for respondent No.2.

CORAM :

ANIL L. PANSARE, J.

APRIL 8, 2025 Heard.

2.

Notice issued to respondent No.1 is returned back unserved with remark, 'Noticee not present at the time of service, his son refused to accept the notice also not allowed to affix notice on the door." The conduct of respondent No.1 through his son is writ large. Since the respondent's son refused to accept the notice and further prevented the Bailiff from affixing copy of the notice on the door, there is every reason to believe that respondent No.1 is aware of the contents of the notice and, therefore, he is treated so. 3.

None appear for respondent No.1.

4.

Ms. D. V. Sapkal, A.G.P. appears for respondent No.2. Petitioner's counsel shall hand over copy of petition to the A.G.P. 5.

Mr. Tejas Deshpande, Advocate appears for respondent No.6 and seeks time to file reply. Granted.

6.
