By inviting attention to the order dated 05.09.2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 5282 of 2024, it is claimed that even if the order of invalidation is under challenge, the petitioner is entitled for grant of interim protection.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 24.04.2025. 4.

Mr. D. P. Thakre, learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for the respondent no.1.

Leave to place on record the copy of orders granting validity in favour of father and brother of the petitioner within a period of three weeks, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

In the meantime, there shall be status quo as of today as regards the admission of the petitioner.
