The petitioner's appointment on the establishment of the respondent Corporation is withheld by virtue of Annexure 1 as the N.C. registered pursuant to the complaint lodged by his wife is informed to be pending.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the wife is residing with the petitioner and it was only a small family issue which led to the altercation resulting into registration of complaint. According to him, the wife of the petitioner is willing to bring on record an affidavit in favour of the petitioner thereby seeking withdrawal of the N.C. complaint. Let there be an affidavit to that effect along with a request to police authorities for withdrawal of the N.C. which document be placed on record within one week. 4.

Stand over to 15.4.2025.
