The complainant viz.Sanjana who happened to be wife of the petitioner against whom the complaint was lodged, has filed an affidavit in Non cognizable offence No.40/2020 registered on 17/01/2020 stating that she has no grievance in the said matter. She has physically appeared before the Court and consented for not only the closure of the alleged non cognizable offence but also for grant of employment.
