The Petitioner is seeking benefit of employment based on Lad-Page Committee Report.

His candidature was overlooked and was kept pending on the ground of non-cognizable offence was registered against him.

In response to the claim of the Petitioner, Mr. Kasat, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, stated that the Competent Committee has already cleared the candidature and submitted the proposal to the

2 38.WP.1827-2025.odt Commissioner, who is the final authority to grant the approval and appointment to the Petitioner.

We accept the aforesaid statement made on instructions by Mr. Kasat, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4. In that view of matter, we dispose of the Petition.

We expect the Commissioner of Respondent/Corporation to look into the grievance of the Petitioner as regards to the claim of the Petitioner for grant of employment as expeditiously as possible in any case within a period of three months.

The Petition stands disposed of.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
