The present petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur to take decision/grant approval for generating Shalarth ID and for inclusion of name of petitioner No.3 in Shalarth list.

From perusal of record, it appears that the respondent No.3-Education Officer (Secondary) granted approval on 26/02/2024 and also forwarded the proposal to the respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education for approval of Shalarth ID. However, it is contention of the petitioners that no decision is taken. In view thereof, petition can be disposed KHUNTE

912-wp1845.26.odt 2/2 of by directing the respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education to take decision in the matter of petitioner No.3 on the proposal forwarded by the Headmaster.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Education is hereby directed to take a decision in the matter of petitioner No.3 on the proposal forwarded by the petitioner No.2-Headmaster within a period of four weeks for inclusion of his name in Shalarth ID.
